Texas’ largest Crystal Lagoons® project will be open for Spring Break
03/12/2021Lago Mar, home of Texas’ largest crystalline lagoon and powered by a state-of-the-art, sustainable technology created by Miami-based multinational water innovation firm, Crystal Lagoons®, will open just in time for Spring Break on March 12-28.
All Spring breakers will be able to enjoy multiple activities in the crystalline waters that Lago Mar offers in their 12-acre turquoise lagoon, where attendees can partake in activities such as water jousting, in-the-water catapult swing, swimming at the Oasis Pool and a splash zone, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and an inflatable obstacle course, among many others.
COVID-19 precautions will be enforced, including frequent cleaning, enhanced sanitation of high-traffic areas, no cash transaction, and the requirement of masks for entry, exit, and in all common areas, taking advantage of PAL™ projects‘ biggest advantages as a destination during the pandemic.
PAL™ Projects
PAL continues to attract investors as they can be developed under different investment formats, with business models offering more or less infrastructure. Even those with minimal initial infrastructure have seen unquestionable success and can continue to be developed with profits that they generate.
The most limited infrastructure model is anchored by an extensive crystalline lagoon and wide beaches, as well as a green area with kiosks for small businesses.
The second phase offers an intermediate infrastructure format, and includes a wedding peninsula, amphitheater for shows and concerts, and spaces for events and trade shows, which open up additional business areas.
The third, most complete investment phase includes all of the above as well as additional infrastructure for retail, restaurants and hotels.
