Sapphire Bay, will be located in Rowlett, and due to the great attraction represented by the crystalline lagoon of almost 3 hectares, the press has highlighted it as the next iconic destination in the North American country.

The project will offer the possibility of living, working and resting with the experience of the Caribbean and surfing in the middle of the city.
