Orlando luxury hotel with Crystal Lagoons® amenity begins construction
03/15/2021A tropical setting, crystalline waters, and white-sand beaches just minutes from Walt Disney World. Such is the paradise that Evermore Orlando Resort will bring to Florida after it announced it broke ground on March 12, 2021.
The project, a 433-room luxury resort, has plans to open in 2023 and plans to give all visitors to Walt Disney World an experience as they’ve never seen before in Florida thanks to the idyllic settings that the 8-acre Crystal Lagoons® amenity will bring to all guests.
Accompanied by a 20-acre beach complex, visitors will be able to partake in multiple aquatic activities, such as swimming, kayak, waterslides, and many more. Plus, other activities within the beach area will include cabanas, fire pits, bars, among others.
According to the developer, the turquoise waters and activities will become an “oasis” for all visitors who are looking for a calm day after the rush and excitement that comes with having the time of your life at Walt Disney World.
U.S. market
Crystal Lagoons has numerous ongoing operations worldwide, but those spotted across the U.S., such as Solé Mia, Balmoral, Windsong Ranch, Lake Nona, Section 31, Southshore Bay, Mirada, Avenir, Sierra Vista, have confirmed the United States as the company’s leading market.
In addition, the company is expanding its successful Public Access Lagoons™ projects offering ticketed-entry in Florida and Texas, and important master agreements such as the one signed with Epic for 16 developments in different geographical areas.
We are holding advanced negotiations with investment funds and leading malls in Florida, California, South and North Carolina, Texas, Arizona and Oklahoma for additional master agreements, which now represent 90% of the firm’s contracts.
