Houston’s Balmoral Project Makes National Top Seller List

Crystal Lagoons® first real estate project to be inaugurated in the Texas, Balmoral, has been named in a nationwide top 50 list conducted by U.S. real estate advisory, RCLCO. In total, nine Houston area communities made the nation’s top 50 list. All nine local communities had combined sales of 4,204 homes in 2019, up 15 percent from 2018.
