Crystal Lagoons®: The Key to Sunterra’s Sales Success

The Sunterra project in Houston will be centered on a stunning 3.5-acre Crystal Lagoons® amenity. Its developer, Land Tejas, announced the construction of the first phase of homes and it was enough to mention the incorporation of a crystalline lagoon to boost sales.

In this first stage of development, 15 building companies will participate: Adams Homes, Ashton Woods Homes, CastleRock Communities, Chesmar Homes, Colina Homes, DR Horton, Empire Communities, Gehan Homes, Hamilton Thomas Homes, Highland Homes, HistoryMaker Homes, Perry Homes, Pulte Homes, Shea Homes, and Westin Homes.

The ultimate goal of the developer is to create a vibrant community of 2,200 homes around this amenity, with a wide variety of homes and businesses, and in an exclusive section of Houston, Katy Mills, famous for its excellent schools, and its connectivity with the Great Houston area.
