Cordoba will have its first crystalline lagoon of international level

This year, the real estate development project Acquavista will build the crystalline lagoon, making it the first development of its kind in the Argentina’s inland.

Residing in a heavenly environment and, at the same time, being close to the city is no longer a dream. This is what Acquavista is all about, the first real estate development in the country’s inland with a turquoise lagoon powered by Crystal Lagoons® technology.

For the development of Acquavista, located a few meters from a toll on the Córdoba-Villa Carlos Paz highway, Galp Inversiones obtained authorization at the end of 2020 to import the technology developed by Crystal Lagoons®, and carry out the transfers corresponding, which will allow this year the lagoon to be a reality. In this way, Galp plans to close this 2021 with the inauguration of this world-class amenity.

Acquavista will mark an important milestone for the economy of Cordoba. On the one hand, its completion will accelerate the construction of the 650 houses, 100 duplexes, and 18 apartment towers that the complex envisions. This translates into some 280,000 m2 of construction to be carried out by owners and development companies. That is US$ 200,000,000 that will be poured into private sector investments in the province’s economy over the next five years.
