Balmoral and Lake Nona Projects Ranked in U.S.

01/06/2020

Balmoral, in Texas, and Lake Nona, in Florida, are two of Crystal Lagoons® most successful projects in the United States. This was confirmed by the real-estate consulting agency RCLCO in its recent ranking, which positioned both developments in its Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities of 2019 in the United States.

The Balmoral development was highlighted by the consulting firm, as it experienced a 40% sales increase, compared to 2019. This not the first opportunity in which both projects have been spotlighted in the ranking, since in previous years they have both appeared in the ranking.

Both projects share a common element, and gives them a differentiating characteristic: a lagoon powered with Crystal Lagoons technology. In the case of Balmoral, the 2.5-acre body of turquoise water is surrounded by white sand beaches, one of which is exclusively for adults and the other, for families. The amenity allows for the practice of different water sports such as swimming, rowing and kayaking, all in an environment that evokes the Caribbean.

As for Lake Nona, which is anchored by a 15-acre crystalline lagoon which is currently being filled, has been defined as truly unique destination. It is characterized for being a project centered around sustainable design, healthy living and groundbreaking gigabit fiber optic technology.

As well as Balmoral and Lake Nona, other projects in the United States include Lago Mar, Epperson, Windsong Ranch, Sole Mia, Beachwalk, Section 31Esplanade, AvenirMirada, among others.
