Balmoral ranked again among the top-selling projects in the US

Once again, Balmoral, the first project of Crystal Lagoons to be inaugurated in Texas, ranked among the 50 top-selling master-planned communities in the United States, according to the ranking developed annually by RCLCO Real Estate Consulting.

But the project not only reaps sales successes, since every year it is part of that ranking. It has also been named “Recreation Center of the Year” at the Best PRISM Awards convened by the Greater Houston Builder Association.

Additionally, Balmoral has also been awarded as the “Best Community Amenity” award at the Texas Star Awards, organized by the Texas Builders Association.

The project has as its center piece a 1-hectare lagoon with Crystal Lagoons® technology that offers the idyllic beach lifestyle to its residents, where they can practice water sports, beach and swimming, among others.

The lagoon is a sales engine in the community, with Balmoral ranked No. 1 in Houston and No. 12 in a ranking of the nation’s best-selling master-planned communities.

In fact, the Crystal Lagoons® in real estate projects have been shown to increase the value of the square meter exponentially as well as sales numbers.
