Press Chooses Crystal Lagoons Amenity As One Of The Biggest Real Estate Deals Of 2019

The Dallas Morning News, one of the largest newspapers in the United States, selected the lagoons of Crystal Lagoons® as one of the biggest real-estate deals of 2019. The article highlights the company´s Windsong Ranch project in North Texas. 

According the publication, “Crystal Lagoons water amenities are a hit with community residents and cause excitement from folks who dream about splashing around on the man-made tropical shores”.

Located just half an hour from the center of Dallas, Windsong Ranch was developed together with Tellus Group LLC., and is anchored by a 5-acre clear turquoise lagoon to create beach life and idyllic, white sand beaches.

The project, one of the largest and most successful new home communities in Dallas’ northern suburbs, will have close to 3,000 houses.

“This is a real game changer for us,” said Craig Martin, founding partner of Tellus Group LLC. “This will be the only one announced for a master planned residential community in North Texas”.

Windsong Ranch has been acknowledged on several occasions, and is currently nominated, for second consecutive year, in “The Nationals 2020” organized by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The development is nominated in four categories: “Lifestyle Director of the Year”, “Master-Planned Community of the Year”, “Best Community Signage” and “Lifestyle Program of the Year.”

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
