Crystal Lagoons Project Finalist In National Awards For Second Consecutive Year

Crystal Lagoons® projects in the United States have consistently caught the attention of the media the real estate industry alike. The multinational water innovation company, created by biochemist Fernando Fischmann, has once again had an emblematic project named finalist in “The Nationals 2020” real-estate awards. On this occasion, and for the second consecutive year, Windsong Ranch in Texas is nominated in four categories: Lifestyle Director of the Year, Master-Planned Community of the Year, Best Community Signage and Lifestyle Program of the Year.

Organized by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), one of the largest trade associations in the United States, Windsong Ranch was recently confirmed as finalist. The award ceremony is to take place in Las Vegas in January 2020 and celebrates North America’s best new-home sales and marketing, and recognizes outstanding achievements in categories that include: Homebuilders and communities, architecture, interiors and sales offices, Landscaping, to name a few.
