At the forefront of technology, Crystal Lagoons® has selected Glendale, Arizona, for a one-of-a-kind attraction known as Crystal Lagoons Island Resort, a unique mixed-use project, to be anchored by a PAL™ project

The main feature of the large-scale entertainment hub will be an 11-acre lagoon. The paradise-like amenity will be surrounded by white sand beaches, which can be accessed via ticketed entry.

Additionally, the development will have extensive retail space, three hotels with a total of 630 roomsoffice space, and multiple bars and restaurants and will be one of the main attractions of Arizona’s new business corridors developed next to the state’s newest freeways.

Highlighted by the American press, Crystal Lagoons® has been described as the world’s leader in water innovation and technology, the only firm capable of transforming any corner of the world into a tropical beach paradise.

With the allure of year-round beach life and activities, Crystal Lagoons® catalyzes a wide array of revenue streams.

Super Bowl 2023

According to local press, the project is expected to receive 2 million visitors annually. This in turn will generate significant revenue to support local businesses and the state as a whole. Upon completion, the Crystal Lagoons Island Resort is estimated to bring 1,800 net new jobs to Glendale.

The Crystal Lagoons Island Resort is planned as a single-phase development that is expected to open to the public in 2022 ahead of Glendale’s hosting of Super Bowl in 2023.
