PAL expansion
The firm has different models available, each with different levels of infrastructure, but all anchored by tropical lagoons with Crystal Lagoons patented technology. The most advanced model, additionally include areas for different launches, roadshows and weddings, amphitheaters for concerts and shows on multiple stages surrounded by beaches, terraces, domes, as well as a wide array of gastronomic options.
“The development of 20 PAL projects in South Africa would generate a considerable number of direct jobs, and would continue to do so once operational,” explains Alastair Sinclair, Regional Director at Crystal Lagoons.
Residential projects
With regard to the real estate industry, the success of these crystalline lagoon projects in South Africa has triggered the interest of many local developers seeking to partner with Crystal Lagoons.
“Additionally, these projects ensure a very low environmental impact, and create destinations of great tourist attraction in landlocked areas of the country, as was the case with The Blyde, in Pretoria, located 500 km away. from the nearest coast”, Sinclair adds.
