Crystalline Lagoon makes Sunterra number 1 in sales

Crystalline lagoons are driving sales of Crystal Lagoons projects worldwide at a meteoric pace. And Sunterra is no exception. Real Estate Consulting (RCLCO) highlighted the development as the No. 1 in sales in Houston and the 8th nationally in the United States in a study that evaluated the nation’s 50 best-selling projects in the first half of 2022.  

This was reported by Community Impact, which describes the crystalline lagoon as the main attraction of this master-planned community located in the exclusive sector of Katy Mills, which contemplates 2,200 homes.

Sunterra, developed by Land Tejas, is anchored by a 3.5-acre turquoise lagoon surrounded by white sandy beaches. When completed, it will become the fourth largest lagoon in the Houston area. This body of water developed using Crystal Lagoons® sustainable technology will bring beach life to the community, allowing families to enjoy swimming, relaxation, and multiple water sports, such as kayaking and paddle boarding. 

Crystal Lagoons partnered in 2017 with Houston-based developer Land Tejas to bring a piece of the Caribbean to real estate projects across Texas. In 2018, they inaugurated the state’s first Crystal Lagoons® amenity in Balmoral, followed by Lago Mar and Sierra Vista.
