Crystal Lagoons already has 43 projects in Argentina
04/22/2022In cities such as Greater Buenos Aires, Cordoba, Rosario, Mar del Plata and Pinamar, Crystal Lagoons, in association with important local real estate companies, has developed projects such as Terralagos, Lagoon Pilar, La Mansa, Vida Lagoon, Developer Aqua, Acquavista and Remeros Beach.
In Argentina, the multinational company already has a total of 43 projects in different stages of development and negotiation in various cities. Thus, this country has become the firm’s main market in Latin America, after Chile.
“Argentines are intensive users and enjoy beach life. This is why we have been so successful in this country, bringing a portion of the ocean to within walking distance of their homes. The impact has been particularly noticeable near Buenos Aires, in inland regions and in well-known resorts such as Mar del Plata and Pinamar and in areas that are farther away from the beach,” said Jean Pierre Juanchich, Crystal Lagoons regional director for Latin America.
In addition, despite the economic slowdown, investment in real estate projects has grown in this market as people look for financial security. And projects with crystalline lagoons are leading this trend, with an exponential growth in property value that in some cases reaches almost triple the original value per square meter.
Buenos Aires is among the cities with the most projects of this type. Remeros Beach sold more than half of its sites in the first two months and Terralagos sold out its lagoon view apartments in record time.
A similar phenomenon is being seen in Mar del Plata. A third of the Developer Aqua development project (220 lots) was sold on the first day with the price per square meter jumping almost threefold.
Public Access Lagoons™
After revolutionizing the world real estate market for 10 years, Crystal Lagoons began a new stage, revolutionizing cities with Public Access Lagoons™ projects.
In Argentina, the firm is already at advanced negotiations with investors and developers to build this type of resort, which is not actually part of a private project, but are accessible to anyone for an entrance fee.
PAL™ developments are large crystalline lagoons surrounded with white sands, attractive service areas that include restaurants, beach clubs, retail stores, and amphitheaters as well as spaces for recreational and cultural activities, such as concerts, shows and movies, making them the meeting point of the 21st century.
